Frank Lloyd Wright was an American architect who designed over 500 buildings in America, he is one of the most influential architects of all time.






gugenheimFalling water is one of his most famous houses which was built in 1925 overhanging a waterfall in Western Pennsylvania. He also designed the Guggenheim Art Museum in New York.


He experimented and took risks with materials creating new and exciting buildings.


He believed that a building should enhance it's surroundings, he was one of the first architects to believe that buildings should be built with local materials.
